The house is directly on the palm lined Corcega Beach oceanfront. It has four bedrooms and sleeps maximum 7. It is fully furnished including bed-linen, cooking utensils and dinnerware, and contains cooking facilities including full kitchen. There is an indoor dining room, living room, and full bathroom with tub and shower and screens, an outside enclosed patio-dining area. It has a chainlink, childsafe fenced yard with private entrance to the beach, a gazebo, and an outdoor shower. Ceeling fans in every room. The house is handicapped accessible. No air conditioning, TV or Radio.
The ocean in front of the house is calm and perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and safe for children. World class surfing is only a five minute car ride away. Superb snorkeling is available at Desecheo Island reachable by a nearby tourboat (Phone 787-718-7771) Horseback riding is available ( 787-872-9256). Deep sea fishing Parguera Fishing Charters (787-899-4698 and 787-382-4698) There are full supermarkets, restaurants, etc. and most facilities in walking distance.
The rent includes utilities, clean house and initially clean bed linens . Weekends incude 2 nights3 depending on availablity or Weeks are 6 nights, can be expanded according to availablity, check with manager.(Monthly rentals possible) Temperatures vary little between summer and winter making the area a delightful year round resort area. The house is located in a residential area making it a perfect family vacation. Sorry no tents permitted in the yard.
