There are full supermarkets, restaurants, etc. and most facilities in walking distance.<\/p>\nThe rent includes utilities, cleaning fees and clean bed linens.\u00a0 Temperatures vary little between summer and winter making the area a delightful year round resort area.\u00a0 The house is located in a residential area making it a perfect family vacation.
